Aesop's Sound Fables is available to write and/or perform for your film or theater production. Listed here, we have some of the kinds of projects we've worked on in the past. We are the perfect ensemble to bring your experimental or outside the box idea into reality.

Recordings are not available for every project listed here but we encourage you to explore what recordings we do have posted for free here on Bandcamp.

MOON

MOON is an opera in a made-up language written by director Devon Turchan. We wrote the music for the show; turning abstract movements into broad musical outlines, chord progressions, and melodies.

Strange Animations

Strange Animations is a recurring screening and concert series in which we screen animated films and perform our own original scores live alongside the films. Originally focused on early animations in the public domain, we have since expanded the project to collaborate with up-and-coming filmmakers. Most recently we collaborated with Haneen Koraz, a Palestinian animator and educator in Gaza, to score and screen her students' films as a fundraiser for her and her studio..
